Wonderful Family Law Attorney - GO HIRE ADAM! I hired Adam from out of state to represent me on a complicated child custody case.

He and his associates were wonderful to work with, skillful, knowledgeable and caring.

I sincerely felt that my best interests were served. Hiring Adam was the best decision I could have made. Adam was brilliant in court and did a ton of preparation work for my case.

Lauren handled both my divorce and my custody modification case. She was so helpful and understanding during a very trying time in our lives.

I cannot recommend her enough. Lauren sincerely cares about her clients and it shows.

Justin-Rasch

Justin A. Rasch

Justin graduated with honors from Loyola University Chicago before earning his law degree, also with honors, from the University of Toledo College of Law. While in law school, he earned national recognition in moot court competition and quickly developed a reputation for being far more comfortable arguing than remaining silent.

Upon graduation, legend has it that Justin threw a dart at a map in a neighborhood bar, and it landed somewhere near The Woodlands, Texas. He soon joined the long tradition of Midwesterners migrating to the Lone Star State, where his future wife introduced him to Adam W. Dietrich. The two quickly formed a friendship. Under Dietrich's mentorship, Justin transformed into a passionate family law attorney, building his reputation through hard work, loyalty, and an unwavering commitment to his clients. Today, he helps clients facing divorce, custody disputes, modifications, enforcement actions, and other family-law matters.

Justin is a proud husband and a lawyer who understands that loyalty matters. When he's not practicing law, Justin can usually be found debating sports, defending the honor of Toledo, or explaining why Texas is objectively superior to every other state.

What clients are saying:

5 stars

I was facing a difficult custody case. Justin quickly went to work, reviewing documents, text messages, speaking to witnesses, gathering medical and dental records as well as daycare center records.

In the end, I was awarded primary custody of our daughter and this was absolutely the best possible outcome for our daughter.

If you are serious about your case, talk to Justin. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
